Let's face it! There isn't very much information on the net from severe macaw owners and the valuable experiences they have when it comes to living with SEVERE Macaws, hence THIS blog.
I will mainly write about my sweet and ever SO GOOFY severe macaw Mabel. On the occasion, my 2 other parrots, Sachi white capped pionus parrot & Emma my african grey will make special cameo appearances. At times I may even blurb about random topics too. Enjoy your time here!

How sweet it is to be loved by You!
I really love her very much!! It's quite easy living with Mabel. She's helped to make me a big severe macaw fan.
Just wanted to let you know we stopped by. Ruby (Female Eclectus) on one shoulder, Sydney (Cockitel) on the other. I've always loved the Severes. Have considered for a long time, that if I were to have another medium sized bird, it would be a Severe.
